From: ‘Universus Terrarum Orbis Scriptorum Calame Delineatus’, by Alphonsi Lasor a Varea (pseud. For Raffaello Savonarola), first published in Padua by Giovanni Battista Conzatti in 1713. Many of the plates in this work originate from much earlier work like the engraver of these plates c. 1625, based on maps and plans by others like Braun and Hogenberg.
